Terra Digital Realty's obligations to close on all transactions are subject to contingencies including, but not limited to (i) Terra Digital Realty's satisfaction of the inspections of the property, (ii) results of the property appraisal, (iii) ability of Terra Digital Realty to secure the funds to acquire the existing loan from the seller, (iv) seller's ability to transfer the title to Terra Digital Realty without , and (v) the title's freeness and clearance of encumbrances, exceptions, and/or liens.

You agree to provide accurate information during the property listing and transaction processes. All transactions are subject to verification and approval by Terra Digital Realty. You are responsible for complying with all local, state, and federal regulations regarding real estate transactions. Terra Digital Realty is not responsible for any errors or omissions in property listings. We reserve the right to terminate your access to our services for any reason, at any time. You agree to indemnify and hold Terra Digital Realty harmless from any claims or damages arising from your use of our services. All disputes will be resolved in accordance with the laws of the State where Terra Digital Realty is located.
